Welcome to Jacob’s Football Academy. The private training academy that develops players on and off the pitch. Founded by myself - Jacob Gardiner-Smith, I have an extensive knowledge of football with over 20 years of professional industry experience. Starting my professional career at Zenit St Petersburg, working under the likes of Roberto Mancini, before signing for Wycombe Wanderers FC in League 1 and getting promoted to the Championship as part of Gareth Ainsworths’ 23 man squad.

Unfortunately, my professional career was hindered having not one but two ACL reconstruction surgeries to both knees. I decided to channel my passion and talent for the game into coaching and am now determined to help the next generation by facilitating fantastic opportunities for my players and helping to develop their technical skills.
